# Lobby

> Lobby is software for community associations — condominiums, HOAs and co-ops — and the companies that manage them. Doorman, the available solution, gives a community its public website, a private resident portal with its records, and Concierge answers grounded in the association's own documents. Tenant sites and the product ship in English and Spanish; these public pages are English.

Lobby's solutions: Doorman is available today. Intake is in development. Gateway and Round are planned. Desk supports staff community-management workflows, by proposal; availability and configuration are confirmed during setup. Only Doorman is agent-callable today, through the Lobby Sites MCP listed below.

The home, Doorman, Contact and the new Desk, Pricing, Compare and Use Cases pages answer `Accept: text/markdown` with agent-readable page content as Markdown. Desk costs $2–2.50/unit/month, with the minimum confirmed in the proposal. Eligible combinations of Lobby services receive a 15% discount; the proposal identifies covered charges and the final total. No accounting, stock-control or continuous-monitoring service is implied.
