How is Doorman’s price worked out?

$0.75 per unit per month ($0.50 from the 201st unit), with a $29 monthly minimum per community. A community with 25 units pays $29 a month, one with 120 units pays $90 and one with 300 units pays $200.

Why does Desk show as a range?

Desk is $2–2.50 per unit per month, depending on your community and its size, and a community minimum applies. Your proposal confirms the rate and the minimum, so the calculator shows a range, not one number.

How is the combination discount estimated?

Combining Desk and Doorman earns a 15% discount. The calculator takes 15% off the sum of both products as an estimate. Your proposal confirms the eligible services and the final total.

What is not in these totals?

Website creation is a separate one-time project quoted for your community. Formal electronic voting is a separate $60 per event. Neither is in a total here.

Will the calculator always say Lobby is cheaper?

No. If Lobby costs more than you pay today, it says by how much, and if today’s price falls inside the range it says the two are about the same. What each product includes differs, so compare the scope as well as the price.
