Before you get started
A few practical answers.
How is Doorman’s price worked out?
Each unit is $0.75 a month up to 200 units, and $0.50 a month from the 201st, with a $29 minimum for each community. A community with 25 units pays $29 a month, one with 100 units pays $75, and one with 300 units pays $200.
How is Desk pricing determined?
Desk is $2–2.50 per unit per month, depending on your community and its size. A minimum applies. Your proposal confirms the rate and community minimum before you subscribe.
How does the combination discount work?
Combine eligible Lobby services and receive a 15% discount. Your proposal identifies the services covered and any separately quoted charges, so you can review the complete cost.
Is website creation included in the monthly price?
Website creation is a separate, one-time project quoted for your community. The monthly subscription includes website upkeep alongside records, resident management and Concierge.
Are polls and official voting included?
Ordinary polls are included. Formal electronic voting is a separate $60 per event. Confirm availability and your association’s requirements with our team before scheduling an official vote. See how online voting works in Florida.
What if I manage more than one community?
Talk to Sales about your portfolio and the products you need. The published Doorman minimum applies per community.
What does Concierge use to answer questions?
Concierge uses the association records available to the resident and points to relevant source documents. Answers depend on the documents your community provides, with questions controlled by your management team.
